Refund Policy
Maheria Language Systems

The initial engagement with Maheria Language Systems is structured as a three-month collaboration and is paid in full at the beginning of the engagement.
Eligibility for Refund
Clients may request a full refund of the total amount paid ($950 CAD) at any time during the first month of the engagement if they determine that the system is not the right fit.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email before the completion of the first month.
If a refund is requested within this period, the full amount paid will be returned.
After the First Month
Once the first month of the engagement has concluded, payments are non-refundable.
The purpose of this structure is to provide sufficient time to meaningfully experience the system while maintaining clarity and commitment beyond the initial evaluation period.
Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
