Maheria Language Systems

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and any services provided by Maheria Language Systems.

By accessing this website or engaging in services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Nature of the Service

Maheria Language Systems provides guided system design for language learning.

The service is not:

  • Traditional tutoring

  • A structured course or curriculum

  • A certification program

  • A guarantee of fluency or specific outcomes

The service focuses on helping clients design and maintain a sustainable language learning system.

Progress and outcomes depend on individual consistency, independent implementation, and external factors beyond the provider’s control.

2. Consultation

A free consultation may be offered to determine whether the service is an appropriate fit.

There is no obligation to continue after the consultation.

Maheria Language Systems reserves the right to decline ongoing engagement if the service is not considered a suitable match.

3. Engagement Structure

The initial engagement is structured as a three-month collaboration and includes one scheduled one-hour session per week.

The engagement focuses on system design, review, and refinement.

Ongoing assistance outside of scheduled sessions is not included unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payment Terms

The three-month engagement fee is $950 CAD and is payable in full at the beginning of the collaboration.

Services will not begin until payment has been received.

All payments are processed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified.

5. Refund Policy

Clients may request a full refund of the total amount paid at any time during the first month if they determine that the system is not the right fit.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email before the completion of the first month.

If a refund is requested within this period, the full amount paid will be returned.

After the first month has concluded, payments are non-refundable and the engagement continues as agreed.

6. Scheduling and Attendance

Sessions are scheduled in advance by mutual agreement.

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time.

If a client needs to reschedule, reasonable notice (at least 24 hours) is required. Sessions missed without notice may be considered forfeited.

Maheria Language Systems reserves the right to reschedule sessions when necessary with reasonable notice.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Participate honestly in consultations

  • Engage independently with the learning system between sessions

  • Communicate scheduling conflicts in advance

The effectiveness of the service depends primarily on independent implementation outside of sessions.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, written guidance, and system structures provided during engagement remain the intellectual property of Maheria Language Systems unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Materials are provided for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared publicly without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Maheria Language Systems provides guidance and educational support.

The service does not guarantee specific language outcomes, professional advancement, immigration results, academic acceptance, or other measurable achievements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maheria Language Systems shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or services.

10. Website Use

Users agree not to:

  • Attempt to disrupt website functionality

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Reproduce or distribute website content without permission

All website content is the property of Maheria Language Systems unless otherwise stated.

11. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

12. Modifications

Maheria Language Systems reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and applicable federal laws.
